Public Comment: Ordinance 2018-10 Special Events

At the December 11th, 2018 Town Meeting, the Board of Commissioners for the Town of Upper Marlboro introduced Ordinance 2018-10 Special Events. This Ordinance is set to regulate parades, special events, and other uses of public places within Town limits. 

The Board will discuss the Ordinance at its December 18th Board Worksession, and the Ordinance is eligible for up for a vote at the January 8th, 2019 Town Meeting. The Board is seeking public comment & feedback on the Ordinance, please review the below Draft Ordinance and Draft Application, and complete the survey listed below for anonymous comment for Town staff and Commissioners to review.
