Crain Highway Monument Restoration Project SHA Meeting

The Final Review Meeting for the subject project will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at
10:00 AM at the MDOT SHA District 3 Office, Right of Way Conference Room in Greenbelt. This project
involves work to restore the historical Crain Highway Monument located on MD 725 (Main Street) in
Upper Marlboro near the intersection of Trinity Lane. All work will be performed within the State
Highway Administration Rights-of-Way. This project will be administered by SHA District 3

Rob Pearce, of OED’s Landscape Architecture Division will conduct the meeting. There will be no
formal field review. Topics to be addressed at the meeting include verification of existing
utilities, maintenance of traffic and staging, restoration and cleaning contract specifications,
and details and work schedule.

Additional project information will be sent via email. Divisions not attending the Final Review
Meeting are requested to provide comments prior to this meeting so they can be addressed.
